Can you manage the whole project?
Yes. We can manage building work from start to finish and coordinate our trusted network of electricians, plumbers, plasterers and other trades where required. The scope is discussed around your particular project.
Do you take on smaller jobs?
Our work ranges from smaller alterations, porches and property improvements to complete renovations, extensions and roofing projects. Tell us what you have in mind and where the property is.
Do you work on roofs as well as building?
Yes. Our roofing background covers new roofs, reroofing, repairs, slate and tiled roofs, flat roofing, fascias, soffits and guttering.
Where do you work?
We are based in Pendle, with a focus on Colne, Barnoldswick, Trawden, Earby, Foulridge, Clitheroe and the Ribble Valley. Our coverage page explains the wider areas where we can discuss a project.
Can I enquire before I have final drawings?
Yes. Tell us what you want to change, the property location and whether you have any existing plans. The first conversation can help establish the building scope and what information is still needed.
What affects the quotation?
The work required, the condition of the property, access, materials and the finishing specification all affect the scope. A useful starting point is a description of the project, your postcode and any plans already available.
Will I need to arrange every trade myself?
Where several trades are needed, we can coordinate them as part of the agreed project. We work with trusted electricians, plumbers and plasterers so you have one point of contact for the work we manage.
Can you confirm a start date straight away?
Availability needs to be discussed alongside the scope and location of the work. Share any timing that matters to you in your enquiry; a website enquiry alone does not reserve a start date.
