Can you tell from a photograph whether a wall can be removed?

A photograph can help explain the idea, but it cannot establish all the requirements of a structural change. The property and proposal need to be assessed, with suitable specialist input where required.

Can alterations be part of a larger renovation?

Yes. Internal or structural changes often sit within a kitchen project, an extension or a wider renovation. We can discuss them together so the construction and finishing scope is clear.

What should I prepare before we speak?

Photos, an existing floor plan if available and a sketch of the change you have in mind are helpful. Let us know about any drawings or specialist advice already obtained, and how the property will be used during the work.
